 New Mobile Phone Support

We have recently made the decision to only offer  mobile phone support to our clients. 

If you are a client and do not have our direct mobile telephone contact number, just email us and we will give it to you.    

OnGuard Safety Training is a small company dedicated to a few core beliefs:

• Make user friendly software that helps improve the working lives of our clients.

• Keep our software affordable. 

• Given that many users of our software have some type of training need that our software helps them overcome, it is vitally important that our software be affordable to everyone.

• Be friendly to every client and provide the best possible support we can. 

These are our core values and our priorities.  We found a few problems with doing business over the phone.

• It takes about 10 times as long to help a prospective customer over the phone as it does via email.

• Because of the longer time required, we aren't able to help other customers or our registered clients.

• To provide the phone enquiry service, we have had to hire several more people.

Every email is answered ordinarily within 2 hours. (during office hours)

You can trust that our most important goal is to assist you in getting the most out of our software and making sure you are a happy customer. 

 Administration Surcharge on Accounts

On each order an 'Administration Surcharge' of $50 will be added to the invoice.

This surcharge will be discounted in FULL where the account has been paid within 21 days.
