"our" refer to ITE Services.
At ITE Services, we are committed to protecting your privacy
and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online
experience.
This Privacy Statement explains data collection and use
practices of this web site; it does not apply to other online or offline ITE
Services sites, products or services. This Privacy Statement covers our
treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on

this site. The personal information we collect can include all or some of the

phone, work address and information about your job function. These details are
collected for the purpose of providing our services to members and clients;
selling and marketing our products and extended range of services; processing
bookings; and processing payments for membership, services and products. We may
also use personal information to apply customer/member satisfaction surveys and
events such as "loyalty" programs. From time to time, ITE Services enters into
strategic alliances to improve member services. Information collected may be
used by those strategic partners where ITE Services is satisfied with the
privacy protocols of that partner.
When you visit the site, certain anonymous information about
your visit is automatically captured. This information includes the name of the
Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which
you access the Internet; the date and time you access the site; the pages that
you access while at the site and the Internet address of the web site from which
you linked directly to our site. None of this information is
personally-identifiable. This anonymous information is used to help improve the
Site, analyse trends, and administer the site, and is discarded when this
process is completed.

our business partners for the purpose of fulfilling your requests on their

actions on our web sites violate our Terms of Service, or any of our usage

may be stored and processed in New Zealand or Australia or any other country in
which ITE Services or it's affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain
facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of
information outside our country.
You may request deletion of your personal information in
writing. Your personal information will be deleted but it will remain in our

ITE Services strictly protects the security of the personal
information you provide. Personal information we collect is stored in
password-controlled servers with limited access, and we carefully protect this
information from loss or misuse, and from unauthorized access, disclosure,
alteration, or destruction.
When sensitive personal information (such as username,
passwords or credit card information) is transmitted over the Internet, it is
protected through the use of encryption, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
protocol.
We do not contract our data storage or processing functions.
If this function is contracted out, we will take measures to protect the
information by specific and legal restraint contracts.
We may from time to time contact you by e-mail about
operational matters on your accounts. We will not divulge personal account
information through Internet e-mail. Internet e-mail is not secure; Internet
Service Providers or others could monitor your e-mails.
We do not use or tolerate 'Spam' (unsolicited commercial
e-mail). We only use e-mail for marketing purposes with your consent. We may
from time to time offer you a chance to opt-in to receive certain information
and updates from us. You may at any time opt-out from all or some types of
